Lunch at the Spice Restaurant
After the Spice Tour guests can enjoy an exotic
and delicious lunch, where we are using the
wide variety of spices and herbs of the Zanzibarian
cooking. As starter we'll have a spicy pumpkin
soup, as main dish we serve chapati, spice rice
(pilao), fresh spinach cooked with coconut milk,
tuna fish, calamari, beans and seasonal vegetables,
kachumbari (Zanzibar salad) and a fruit platter
with many exotic seasonal fruits. As desert
we serve coffee and peanut biscuits.
Each guest additional gets a bottled water,
additional soft drinks and beers can be ordered.
