Sitting on the shores of the beautiful Lake Victoria lies the fantastic Speke Bay Lodge. This accommodation is surrounded by vibrant plants and flowers, fascinating wildlife and of course the Lake.

There are 8 bungalows - all of which are furnished with hand-made furniture crafted from Mkola wood, French windows and en-suite bathroom facilities. There are also 12 tents, which are fully furnished, and have access to a toilet and shower block close-by.

The bar and restaurant at Speke Bay Lodge overlooks Lake Victoria, and is the perfect location to relax with a chilled beverage, or to eat an evening meal – with the shimmer of the lake in the background.

Guided bird spotting walks around the Lakes shores are available, and by doing so, you can spot hundreds of species of bird, including; the amazing African Fish Eagle – which can be heard by its loud whistle like sound, and can be seen swooping into the Lake at extreme speeds, and emerging with a fish between its claws.
