The camp itself is attractive and beautifully set on the Rufiji River bank near Lake Mzizimia amidst groves of borassus palms and tamarind trees.

There are just 6 well appointed en-suite tents, making it one of the smallest camps in the Selous. The tents themselves are stunning, with tasteful local furniture and decoration.

Like all Selous camps, there are a large variety of game viewing activities on offer. Impala Camp’s guiding standards are high and most guests try and experience the game drives, boat trips, walking excursions and fly camping.
