It is for this very reason that we have developed our own “flexible self-drive” Tanzania safaris – so that you can explore the rugged beauty of Tanzania in your own vehicle, at your own pace, with accommodation and airport transfers all taken care of.

All our self-drive tours will be accompanied by a knowledgeable and experienced safari guide, who will also act as your  assistant navigator, interpreter and back-up driver if necessary.

Note: Our vehicles are 4WD LandCruisers or LandRovers, and that you will need previous experience in tough off-road driving in such a vehicle in order to lead one of our self-drive tours.
