Day 1: Arrival
You will be met at the International Airport of Dar Es Salaam by your Driver/Guide. We will take you to your hotel in Dar Es Salaam for overnight (depending on your arrival time Giraffe Ocean View, Paradise Express or Mediterraneo Hotel). Dinner included.
Day 2: Dar es Salaam - Selous Game Reserve
Your guide will come to pick you up at your hotel in the morning and take you to the Selous Game Reserve which you reach in the afternoon (traveling time some 6-7 hours). After reaching at your lodge perched high above the river banks in the afternoon you have a bit of rest before you go on a boat safari to watch crocodiles and hippos at Rujiji River. Return to your lodge in time for a sundowner before the dinner.

Day 3: Selous Game Reserve
Today you will visit Selous Game Reserve named after the explorer Frederick Selous. The Selous Game Reserve is the largest protected wildlife reserve, a UN World Heritage site and a pristine uninhabited area larger than Switzerland. The topography of the park varies from rolling savannah woodland, grassland plain and rocky outcrops cut by the Rufiji River and its tributaries. The day is spent on game viewing around the park.

Days 4: Selous- Mikumi
After breakfast you will explore the river bank of Rujiji River by walk before you proceed to the next station of your safari circuit. First you cross a vast part of Northern Selous on some bumpy partly dusty roads towards Morongoro and onwards to Mikumi National Park where you reach your lodge in the afternoon. After a short rest you go on an afternoon game drive at Mikumi.

Day 5: Mikumi National Park
Today you explore MIkumi on a full day safari. The Mikumi National Park obtains a good impression of the African animal world and is suitable very well for a short visit. There is a rich variety bird species as well as large numbers of giraffes, buffaloes and elephants and close to the water holes also lions, leopards and hippos. Furthermore you can see zebras, lions, wild dogs, pythons, hartebeest, wildebeest, elephants, impala, warthog, eland and other antelopes. Several observation towers enable you to overview the park in its entirety. Mikumi National Park is mostly miombo woodland with gently rolling hills. Your guide will also arrange a walking safari for you guided by an armed ranger.

Day 6: Mikumi-Dar es Salaam -Zanzibar
Early morning game drive to watch also nocturnal animals not to be seen during the day. After late breakfast you return to Dar es Salaam for your flight to Zanzibar by flight at 16:45. After arrival into Zanzibar your guide will take you to your holiday house at the hidden beaches of Fukuchani – the Milele Villas. After a long day on the road you will enjoy a very nice welcome by the staff and with a delicious dinner served on the beach under palm trees and other tropical plants. All meals included
Days 7-10: Beach Extension
Relax and enjoy in a peaceful and tranquil setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens, home to exotic plants, palm trees and even a giant African baobab tree. The villas are set directly on the beach, giving you fantastic sea-views of the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean from the comfort of your chair, beach lounger, or swimming pool - proving to be extra special during sunsets. The location of the villas is perfect for those who appreciate a quiet, secluded, and untouched area, which is a stranger to tourism, but only a 15 minute drive away from popular areas Nungwi and Kendwa. A vehicle for self-drive or with a private chauffeur will be at your disposal. The resident chef will prepare fresh meals from local ingrediences as per your private preferences.

Days 11: Spice Tour & Stonetown
After breakfast transfer to Stonetown. On the way we will do the famous Spice Tour. We have developed a special Spice Tour with in depth information not only about spices, but also organically grown herbs and a detailed description about their traditional uses in medicine cosmetics and cooking. After the tour we invite for an opulent lunch at, where you can taste the spices and fruits.
In the afternoon we will show you Stone Town on our Historical Stone Town Tour. This tour takes you through fabled Stone Town, where history appears to stand still. With visits to the House of Wonders, the Palace Museum (People's Palace) and the Arab Fort amongst others, it is a fascinating look at the essence of Zanzibar. You will see Zanzibar's bustling market, winding alleyways, ornately carved and studded doors, two cathedrals and countless mosques!

Day 12: Departure
Departure transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your departure
