The Beyt Al Chai has only 6 bedrooms, each different and unique: 2 Sultan Rooms and sea view; 3 Prince Rooms with separate dressing room; and 1 Princess Room, slightly smaller. All rooms are self contained, except of the Princess Room, which has its own bathroom just opposite.

The Restaurant offers a fusion of Zanzibar and European Cuisine. Ideally located on the ground floor section of the Hotel, un-intrusive to Guests of the House but providing them an opportunity for first class dining!

Drinks are also available in the living room - the perfect place to relax on one of the Zanzibar beds or large sofas, taking in the magical atmosphere and sounds of the town while gazing at the turquoise blue Indian Ocean views.

Breakfast is served in the courtyard to enhance the senses as the sun shimmers through a roof of palm tree branches and the gentle waterfall of the fountain murmurs in the background.

The spacious lounge of the Beyt Al Chai is furnished with huge comfortable sofas or arm chairs dating back to the dates of the Sultans of Zanzibar, placed to create different sitting areas to give privacy and comfort for those who want to relax, write postcards, read books or just sip a cool drink and enjoy the gentle music in the background.
